1. Introduction

Welcome to SelfLedger. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using SelfLedger, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Service Provision & Subscriptions

SelfLedger provides tax management and ledger software for sole traders. We offer both a Basic (£2/month) and Pro (£5/month) subscription. Your first 30 days are free, after which your chosen payment method will be charged monthly. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree that the data you input is accurate to the best of your knowledge. SelfLedger is a tool to assist with tax calculation, but does not replace the advice of a certified accountant.

4. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for 100% uptime and accurate calculations based on HMRC guidelines, SelfLedger shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages, penalties, or losses resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
