At SelfLedger, we collect only the information necessary to provide our service to you. This includes your name, email address, payment information (processed securely by Stripe), and the financial data/receipts you upload to your ledger.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used exclusively to provide you with tax estimates, ledger tracking, and secure document storage. We will never sell your personal or financial data to third parties.

3. Data Security

We take security seriously. All passwords are irreversibly hashed. Receipts and documents uploaded to the Pro Vault are stored on secure servers with encrypted access protocols.

4. Your Rights (GDPR)

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. You can export your data directly from your dashboard or contact our support team to request full account deletion.
